El Moro Spirits & Tavern

Modern casual fine dining, elevated small plates, and inspired entrees in a historic downtown Durango space.

Historic Saloon. Modern Dining.

El Moro sits in a former early-1900s saloon, once known as the site of "Durango's Strangest Shootout." Today, the building's rich character sets the stage for an elevated dining experience centered on thoughtful dishes, classic cocktails, and a deep appreciation for Durango's past. Our kitchen focuses on modern casual fine dining with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, creative small plates, and inspired entrees. The bar highlights classic cocktails, original creations, and an impressive spirits collection.
